How do I receive my voucher if I book throught the website?
The moment you complete your reservation you will receive your booking confirmation by email which you need to print.
I forgot to print my voucher, is it possible to embark by showing on my phone?
Yes, but it is recommended to have it on a printed version.
How can I get my ferry ticket?
You need to show your voucher/booking confirmation to the officer at the boat on the day of the excursion in order to receive your boarding pass/ferry tickets.
How can I book this tour if I do not own a credit/debit card?

What time should I be at the port of departure in Piraeus?
You need to be at the port, at least 30 minutes before the departure.
Is there any snack bar in the vessel?
You can buy food, beverages and freshly baked greek products in our vessel.
Can I take my pet with me?
Unfortunately, pets are not permitted as there might be allergic passengers in the same bus during the land excursion.
Cancellations and refunds
100% refund if you cancel up to 14 days before the departure. 50% refund if you cancel in less than 14 days and up to 2 days before departure. For cancellations made in less than 48 hours before departure the trip cannot be refunded.  Please send your requests to mykonoscruise@seajets.gr
Changes Policy
You are able to change your booking (date and number of passengers) only once by sending an email at least 2 days before the tour.
